HBSC
the world's vocal band
"Beautiful, all on the mic not an instrument in sight... I personally recommend them." Russell Brand, BBC Radio 2

HBSC pricing depends on various factors such as the number of gospel
singers chosen; whether one of our beatboxers is included or not; whether
an acapella format is suitable or additional instrumentation is preferred; the
duration of the performance; the type of repertoire required; the nature of
the venue and function; travel distance; arrival and departure times; and, if
bespoke material is required, the complexity of the songs to be arranged.
Please note that we only use highly-experienced, professional session
singers and not amateurs. We also maintain our high standards regardless
of the relative prominence or size of the event and our human beatboxers
are not merely world-class freestylers but have the even-rarer ability to
keep the correct time for our live acapella music.
For all the reasons above and in order to maintain competitive prices
relative to our exacting standards we usually put together a specific quote
or work to a budget.
Notes:
1) 45 minutes is the usual maximum length of any set, after which an
interval of equivalent length is required.
2) The optimum numbers of singers for the choir are 4, 7, 10, 13 and so on
with or without the inclusion of a human beatboxer.
3) Much larger choirs can be provided as can solo singers, duos, trios and
individual beatboxers. This can be for live or session work.
4) Given a suitable venue our gospel choir and beatboxers can often perform
in an acapella format without a PA being necessary.
5) Due to the extreme physical challenge of high-quality human beatboxing,
and sometimes due to the nature of a particular song or to vary the tempo of
a performance, it is not typical for a beatboxer to accompany every song.
6) Our prices/ expenses are negotiable in some circumstances, especially
where there is a serious promo opportunity for Hot Butter Soul Collective.
